Welding of plant facilities [full-time employee]

Job Description

This is a welding job for plant facilities based in Kyushu. We will provide careful guidance even for inexperienced individuals! Experienced individuals or those with experience in plant facility operations are welcome! Visa Types: Permanent Resident, Settler, Spouse, Japanese. Japanese Language Level: OK as long as communication is possible. Required License/Certification: Regular Driver's License. Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (60-minute break). Holidays: 2 days off per week. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off (possibility of working during busy periods). 6 days off for New Year's and 1 day off for summer. Salary: Monthly salary of 180,000 yen to 250,000 yen. Example: Inexperienced with 2 dependents - Monthly salary of 187,000 yen + Housing allowance (10,000 yen) + Dependent allowance (25,000 yen) = 222,000 yen. Overtime allowance is paid separately based on actual working hours. Commuting allowance (actual cost as per company regulations). Benefits: Commuting allowance: Actual cost reimbursement (up to 50,000 yen per month). Salary increase and bonuses available. Profit sharing possible in March based on performance. Dependent allowance: 22,000 yen for 1 person, 25,000 yen for 2 people, 28,000 yen for 3 people. Job responsibility allowance: 10,000 yen to 50,000 yen. Housing allowance: 3,000 yen to 10,000 yen.
