【Job Description】 You will be driving a route bus. ★ Experience in customer service or sales is welcome! More than half of the new hires have no prior bus driving experience, so first-timers can apply with confidence. ◎ There is a training system for obtaining a large vehicle class 2 license. (Conditions apply) ◎ With a comprehensive in-house training program, you will receive careful technical guidance and driving instruction for about 3 to 6 months before you start driving alone. ◎ Unlimited rides on trains and route buses ◎ Family ride tickets for cohabiting family members / school commute tickets 【Salary】 190,000 yen to 213,500 yen *During the probation period, the hourly wage is 1,080 yen/hour 【Working Hours】 Shift system From 5:19 AM (first bus) to 1:18 AM (last bus) for 7 hours Overtime: Yes (average 20 hours per month) 【Holidays】 Based on the work schedule (6-8 days per month) 【Required Qualifications】 Ordinary driver's license (Recommended) Large vehicle class 2 license 【Others】 Complete social insurance (workers' compensation, health, welfare, employment insurance) Dormitory available (for single occupancy)
