【Job Description】・Reservation management, site management ・Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone ・Checking room availability and adjusting prices and sales ・Managing cleaning staff ・Arranging daily operations ・Maintaining facilities and equipment ・Support for opening new facilities 【Employment Conditions】 Employment Type: Full-time employee Base Salary: 195,000 yen or more (new graduate salary) Bonus: Twice a year (July and December) *Average: 2.0 months Performance Pay: Four times a year (January, April, July, October) Salary Increase: Twice a year (April and October) *Based on performance evaluation 【Working Conditions】 Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (60-minute break) Overtime: Average of 25 hours per month Annual Holidays: 120 days (shift work may be required depending on property conditions) Location Details: Osaka Headquarters (1 minute walk from "Honmachi" station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line) Transfer: Possible based on preference and suitability Overtime: Overtime pay will be provided according to actual overtime hours 【Required Skills】 Chinese
