【Job Description】 ・Operator duties for optical connector manufacturing injection molding machines ・Operator duties for connector inspection machines ・Microscope inspection duties (sampling inspection) ・Work in a clean room, etc. ・Input into a dedicated system on a computer 【Working Hours】 6 days on, 3 days off (① Operate on a shift from 8:00 to 16:45 for 3 days → then shift to ② 20:00 to 4:45 for 3 days → followed by 3 days off, this is the cycle.) *Please note that weekends are not necessarily off! 【Salary】 Hourly wage: 1500 yen Example 1) No overtime: Monthly salary 261,375 yen Example 2) 30 hours of overtime: Monthly salary 317,625 yen 【Required Qualifications】 ✓ Must have a driver's license (approximately 15 minutes by car from the nearest station "Ishioka Station") ✓ Must have experience working in a factory ✓ Must be able to work shifts (please refer to the working hours explanation) ✓ Must be able to perform basic computer operations (Excel, Word) 【Preferred Qualifications】 Experience in microscope inspection and operator experience is welcome 【Appeal Points】 ・If your attendance rate is over 90%, a housing allowance of 30,000 yen will be provided. ・You can also live in dormitories for about 35,000 to 45,000 yen per month. ・Factory tours are available before joining, allowing you to observe workplace operations and feel the atmosphere. ・The environment is comfortable to work in with air conditioning. ・You can order a lunch box for about 390 yen per meal.
