As a machine operator, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of steel framing materials used for ceilings and walls in construction. 【Image】 Setting materials using a crane ↓ Machine operation (pressing a button to start processing) ↓ Inspection and confirmation of products ↓ Preparation for shipment 【Working Hours】 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour break included) 【Salary】 ◆ Monthly salary starting at 216,000 yen + Average overtime pay of about 20 hours (see model salaries below) + During busy periods, there may be about 40 hours of overtime + Allowances based on age < Model Salary ① > ・35 years old, 44 hours of overtime → Monthly salary of 346,000 yen < Model Salary ② > ・30 years old, 30 hours of overtime → Monthly salary of 290,000 yen < Model Salary ③ > ・28 years old, 14 hours of overtime → Monthly salary of 264,000 yen ◆ Annual salary increase once a year ◆ Bonuses twice a year (totaling 3 months' salary for summer and winter) 【Application Qualifications】 Required: Ability to read and write Hiragana, ability to communicate in Japanese Preferred: Crane operation, overhead crane (5 tons) * Those who wish to obtain qualifications for crane operation after joining can receive company assistance for the first time. 【Daily Flow】 ▼ 8:30 AM Arrival and start of work Stamp the time card, change into uniform, and head to the site.
