As a machine operator, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of steel framing materials used for ceilings and walls. 【Image】 Setting materials using a crane ↓ Machine operation (pressing the button to start processing) ↓ Inspection and confirmation of products ↓ Preparation for shipment 【Working Hours】 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (including a 1-hour break) 【Salary】 ◆ Monthly salary starting from 216,000 yen + Average of about 20 hours of overtime pay + During busy periods, there may be about 40 hours of overtime ◆ Annual salary increase ◆ Bonuses twice a year (totaling 3 months' salary for summer and winter) 【Application Qualifications】 Required: Must have completed crane operation training and hold a qualification Preferred: Floor-operated crane 5 tons 【Daily Flow】 ▼ 8:30 AM Arrival and start of work Stamp your time card, change into your uniform, and head to the site. You will focus on your work at your own pace using the assigned machine. ▼ 12:00 PM Lunch Break You can bring your own lunch or order from vendors. The break room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and free water server. ▼ 1:00 PM Start of afternoon work ▼ 5:30 PM End of work and departure You can leave as soon as your work is finished.
