Mechanical equipment disassembly inspection of plant facilities [Full-time employee]

Job Description

This is a job for a machine engineer based in Kyushu. The job involves disassembling and inspecting various types of machinery, as well as conducting a series of maintenance inspections (disassembly, inspection, assembly, and trial operation) for various plant facilities. Visa types accepted include permanent residents, settled residents, spouses, and Japanese nationals. Japanese language proficiency: Communication is sufficient. Required license/certification: Regular driver's license. Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (60-minute break). Holidays: 2 days off per week, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off (possibility of working during busy periods), 6 days off for New Year's and 1 day off for summer. Salary: Monthly salary of ¥180,000 to ¥250,000. Example for inexperienced employees with 2 dependents: Monthly salary of ¥187,000 + housing allowance (¥10,000) + dependent allowance (¥25,000) = ¥222,000. Overtime pay is provided based on actual working hours. Commuting allowance provided based on actual expenses according to company regulations. Benefits: Salary increase and bonuses available. Profit-sharing possible in March based on performance. Dependent allowance: ¥22,000 for 1 dependent, ¥25,000 for 2 dependents, ¥28,000 for 3 dependents.
