【Main Job Responsibilities】 ・Management of construction schedules ・Management of documents and drawings ・Verification of work procedures and materials ・Recording of project progress (photographing with iPad, etc.) ・Filing of photos and documents ・Scheduling meetings and conferences ・Modification of drawings using CAD (from assistance)  etc. 【Training Upon Joining】 After joining, there will be approximately one month of training, so even inexperienced individuals can feel at ease. 【Working Hours】 8:00-17:00 （Prescribed working hours: 8 hours, Break: 60 minutes） Overtime: Yes (Average of 22.7 hours per month) 【Holidays】 Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays  ■Annual holidays: 122 days 【Salary】 ・Monthly salary: Basic salary 205,000 yen or more + bonuses twice a year (last year's performance was 4 months' worth)  ※Overtime pay (calculated per minute) will be fully paid separately. ・Salary increase: Once a year (for full-time employees, effective from July 1 after one year of service) ・Average monthly income in the first year: 290,472 yen ・Estimated annual income in the first year: Over 3.6 million yen 【Bonuses】 Twice a year (3 months' worth in the first year, 4 months' worth in the next year) 【Age】 20-34 years old 【Employment Type】 Full-time employee (no fixed term) ※Probation period of 2 months (no change in working conditions) 【Required Skills and Experience】 Japanese N3 or higher (good communication in Japanese) ※Training upon joining will be conducted in Japanese, so understanding is necessary ・Those holding a Technical Intern Training visa (majoring in construction at a university in their home country) ・Experience in the construction industry is preferred 【Benefits】 ・One-room employee dormitory available ・Qualification acquisition support system ・Retirement allowance system (defined contribution pension system) 【Selection Process】 ・Interview: One time (can be online or in person) 【Work Location】 Nationwide in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Hokkaido, etc.)
