◆Job Description◆ "Support for onboarding new users of the product" - We will provide initial implementation support and suggestions for users who have just started using the product to help them use it more effectively. - The success of this onboarding within customer success is very important for future business growth! - You will be entrusted with this crucial onboarding part, and in addition to practical work, you will improve and build operational flows and enhance user satisfaction. ◆Salary◆ Annual income: 3.6 million yen to 4.8 million yen Monthly income: 300,000 yen to 400,000 yen (Includes fixed overtime pay for 30 hours: 54,800 yen to 73,000 yen per month) *This is the gross amount, not the take-home pay. The take-home pay is generally said to be about 80% of the gross amount. ◆Working Hours and Holidays◆ 【Working Hours】 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM *Overtime is about 20 hours per month. 【Holidays】 Saturdays and Sundays, Chinese public holidays Bereavement leave, paid leave (can be taken in units of 1 day, half-day, or 1 hour) *Due to working according to the Chinese calendar, it will be a shift system. ◆Application Requirements◆ 【Required】 1.
