The first three months will be as a contract employee, but it is also possible to become a full-time employee after three months of joining! 【Job Description】 This job involves delivering food (refrigerated and room temperature) to supermarkets using a 4-ton truck with cart loading. ★ Local delivery in the Tokyo (mainly within the 23 wards) and Kanagawa areas! ★ The number of deliveries per day is 3 to 5. The delivery destinations and routes vary by day, and you will confirm them at the office before departure. Highway use is allowed within designated sections regardless of time. ★ Manual unloading is not often required, and loading carts such as carts and container dollies are fully equipped, making the loading work relatively easy. ★ Deliveries are made to 1 to 2 stores per loading, with a total driving distance of about 170 to 200 kilometers per day. <Start by learning the job from the passenger seat> Regardless of experience, you will start by sitting in the passenger seat of a senior driver's truck to learn the flow of work. The trucks used are generally 5 to 10 years old. Equipment such as dash cams and rear monitors are well-equipped. 【Salary】 Hourly wage of 1,688 yen (including late-night allowance) *After 5 PM, the hourly wage will be 1,350 yen. ◆ Bonuses are paid twice a year. ◆ Long-term employment allowance is available (3,000 yen will be paid 2 months after joining, 3,000 yen after 6 months, and 3,000 yen after 1 year). 【Working Hours】 ① 0:00～ ② 2:00～ Shift system (combination of ① and ②) *Overtime is available. 【Holidays】 Complete two-day weekend (fixed holidays) *There may be requests for holiday work during busy periods. *Paid leave and bereavement leave are available. 【Access】 Car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting are allowed.
