■Salary Monthly salary ¥219,912 to ¥313,257 *8 hours a day, 5 days a week required (weekends off) *Overtime pay available ■Working Hours 2-shift system with 5 workdays and 2 days off ①8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ②8:00 PM to 5:00 AM ③1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Example: Week 1 is ① day shift, Week 2 is ② night shift, Week 3 is ① day shift, Week 4 is ② night shift...) *Basically, it is a 2-shift system of ① and ②, but there are some departments that only have ① day shifts. *Depending on the department, there may also be fixed shifts of ③. ■Application Requirements No experience OK! Experience in automotive factory work is welcome. Japanese is okay if you can have daily conversations! Reading and writing are not required! ■Others - Complete social insurance (employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, welfare pension, health insurance) - If your home is far away, you can live in dormitory, so please consult with us. (Rent is zero yen!) - You can use the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast, noodles, set meals, etc. are available for 150 to 350 yen! - Transportation expenses are provided with a daily limit of 592 yen. Commuting by foot (about 20 minutes from the nearest station), bicycle, motorcycle, or car is possible. - Joining the labor union is mandatory. A monthly fee of 600 yen will be deducted from your salary for union dues.
