We are planning to increase staff at the Narita factory due to numerous orders from customers. ■Job Overview: You will be responsible for shipping operations within the Narita factory. The shipping department ships 180,000 to 200,000 packs of products daily. ■Job Details: Specifically, you will be using a forklift to load products onto trucks. Additionally, once you become accustomed to the job, you will also be involved in gathering products for shipment based on picking lists for each delivery destination, bringing completed products into the product refrigerator, and collaborating with the headquarters sales department on manufacturing plans on a weekly basis, aiming for three years ahead. ■Assigned Organization: The department currently has a team of 10 members, including a section chief. The age range is from the 20s to late 30s, and all members are male.
