【Job Description】 Work as a project member in research and development, new product development, and design for a major top-tier manufacturer (client company). 【Employment Type】 Full-time employee 【Salary】 ・Monthly salary: 215,000 yen or more (annual income of 2,580,000 yen or more) *Expected salary = base salary + work allowance + position allowance + single assignment allowance + regional/housing allowance *Regional/housing allowance: varies by working prefecture (¥0 to ¥20,000) *Consideration will be given based on experience and ability, with preferential treatment according to company regulations. *Salary revision once a year (June) / Regular salary increase and continuation allowance provided. Allowances: ・Transportation expenses (fully covered) ・Overtime allowance (fully covered) ・Position allowance, work allowance ・Regional/housing allowance, single assignment allowance 【Working Hours】 ・8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (actual working hours: 8 hours) *Overtime may be required (approximately 10 hours per month) *Working hours may change depending on assigned duties and placement. 【Holidays】 ・125 days off per year ・Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays ・Summer, year-end and New Year, paid leave ・Paid leave: 10 days after six months of employment ・Childcare and nursing care leave: Excludes employees with less than one year of service. 【Probation Period】 ・Yes: 3 months (conditions during the probation period remain unchanged) 【Required Qualifications】 ・No practical experience required. ・Final academic background: Graduates from science-related departments or fields. Graduates from technical colleges or industrial schools are also welcome. *No other required qualifications or experience. 【Benefits】 ・Complete social insurance ・Qualification acquisition incentive system: ¥5,000 to ¥300,000 ・Subsidy for examination fees for correspondence courses (300 courses) and e-learning courses (400 courses): ¥20,000 ・Retirement system (mandatory at age 60) *Re-employment system available, travel expenses for transfer (actual expenses covered), moving assistance ・Company housing system: Applicable only when commuting from home is not possible due to work → The company covers 50% of the rent.
